Why this program was created

We all want to be fitter and healthier, and while there’s no shortage of cookbooks, exercise programs, and diets to follow, the statistics show that we are getting sicker and fatter. We can all identify that a salad is healthy and a donut is not, but most can’t say that they choose the salad over the donut 100% of the time. So the real problem is not that we can’t distinguish between healthy and unhealthy options, but rather why we find it so difficult to do what we set out to do. I’ve created this online program to provide the world with those answers.
