At Survival of the Fittest Thoughts, meditation (also referred to as hypnosis) is the primary tool used for subconscious reprogramming. All audio tracks are custom created for each individual client — targeting their unique emotional states, beliefs, habits and goals.

What is important to remember is that two things contribute to maintaining and strengthen our neural networks, which results in new learning — repetition and elevated emotion. So, in order to get the most out of your meditations, please set an alarm to remind yourself when it’s time to listen to them each day.

The ideal times to listen are early in the morning or just before you retire at night.
