Meditations: Please listen to suggested meditation every day. These are generally 20-30mins long and must be listened to either at the beginning of the day upon rising, or just before retiring for bed. Set an alarm for a reminder to listen to your recommended mediation. Your meditations can be found on your home page (personal library).

Overview:

  • Symptoms of any kind are the body’s feedback to consciousness that something is out of balance.
  • All symptoms will have a quality/qualities.
  • There is no separation of mind and body.
  • Everything you need in order to regulate your own eating is given to you through senses: smell, taste, sight, touch, intuition.
  • Everything you ingest from the world through any of your senses, contributes to the state of being of mind and body.
  • All substances in nature can be good for you, if taken appropriately; and all have the potential to be harmful, if taken inappropriately.
  • Anything can create an excess or toxicity because everything has a quality.
  • Suppressed emotions contribute to accumulation of that quality. Emotions should not be suppressed, rather acknowledged/neutralized/released.
  • Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it just changes forms.
  • Any belief that stops us from achieving our visions, is a limiting belief (illusion) that will keep us confined in a particular paradigm.
  • When experiencing a symptom (emotional, mental, physical, energetic etc.) ask yourself: What is the quality? How can I reduce this quality? How can I introduce more of the opposite quality in my life? For example: Feeling “dark” may indicate need for sunlight, personal power (personal light), or bright coloured food. Feeling “heavy” may indicate need for lightness, goals, movement, forward thinking, light heartedness or lighter meals. Feeling “unstable” may indicate need for stability, nourishment, routine, grounding, or trust for life. CONSULT WITH MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL FOR ALL CHRONIC CONDITIONS.
